Appointments
We offer two types of appointments, “while you wait” appointments or “drop off” appointments. Clients may choose to schedule a “while you wait” appointment for a specific time and date. “Drop off” appointments can come in anytime to our office during our normal business hours and we will provide you with an approximate turnaround time. We are currently running about one week for one to two items. Appraisal appointments for one item generally take about 45 minutes on average. We will use our ultrasonic cleaner with disinfectant to ensure that your jewelry will be clean for proper inspection. This excludes watches, some semi-precious gemstones and pearls, for which it is not possible to disinfect completely.
